Info Overview

About the Accessibility Booth.

Omni Access gives wheelchair users the same private space for calls, meetings and focused work as everyone else in the office. A low ramp and wide central door lead into an open interior, with a clear bay beside the table so a wheelchair can pull straight up to work, and a second seat opposite for a colleague or guest. Lighting and ventilation switch on automatically as you enter, and the control panel sits just above the table, within easy reach from a seated position.

Pod Placement

Placement
The placement of an acoustic pod can make a big difference to how well it performs. In spaces with high ceilings and large windows, positioning pods near a wall helps reduce echo.
Airflow & acoustics
It's also important to leave enough space around the pod for proper airflow, and adding soft furnishings or plants nearby can further improve acoustics.

FAQ Accessibility Booth

Questions about this product.

All FAQs
Who is the Omni Access booth designed for?

The Omni Access is designed so wheelchair users have the same access to private space for calls, 1:1 meetings and focused work as everyone else. It has a ramped threshold, a wide central door and a clear bay beside the table, with a second seat opposite for a colleague or guest.

How much space is there inside the Omni Access?

The booth measures 2200 × 1200 mm externally. The wheelchair bay beside the table is approximately 1015 mm long, and the table itself is 900 × 550 mm. The door sits centrally on the long side, within a 900 mm wide glazed section.

How effective is the acoustic performance of the Omni Access?

The Omni Access uses the same acoustic construction as the Omni Two, with acoustic PET panelling and double-laminated toughened glass, and is rated ISO 23351-1 Grade A+ for speech level reduction. In practice it keeps conversations private and reduces distraction from the surrounding office, making it well suited to confidential calls and meetings in open-plan spaces.

Does the Omni Access include ventilation and environmental controls?

Yes. A low-noise ventilation system with four turbo fans and four air outlets delivers airflow of up to 551 m³/h, keeping the booth fresh and comfortable. Lighting and ventilation start automatically when someone enters, and the control panel lets users adjust brightness, colour temperature (3000K to 6000K) and airflow.

What furniture options are available in the Omni Access?

As standard, the Omni Access is configured with a peninsula table, a wheelchair position on one side and a lounge chair on the other.

Is the Omni Access easy to install and relocate?

Yes. Installation typically takes around 60 minutes, and integrated castors allow the booth to be repositioned as layouts change. Its fully demountable construction means it can move with your workspace over time.

Does the Omni Access have step-free entry?

Yes. A low-profile ramp at the door gives a smooth transition from the office floor into the booth, so a wheelchair can roll straight in.
