Quell Design (DWIR Limited) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you browse the site, request a quote or download a spec sheet, and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, company, postcode).
• Project information you share to prepare a quote.
• Usage analytics, collected anonymously, to improve the site.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and surveys, fulfil orders, and — only with your consent — send occasional trade updates. We never sell your data. You can request access or deletion at any time.

These terms govern quotations, orders and supply of Quell products and installation services. Quotations are valid for 30 days and indicative until confirmed by a site survey.

Orders & pricing

• All prices are ex. VAT unless stated, in GBP.
• Trade and dealer pricing is confirmed in writing.
• Lead times run from receipt of a confirmed order and deposit.

Installation

Installation is by Quell-approved teams. Site access, power and clear floor area are the client's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

Booths are delivered and installed across the UK and EU, with lead times from two weeks for in-stock models. Furniture lead times typically run from three to four weeks.

• Free nationwide delivery & installation on booths in mainland UK.
• Booths are relocatable — no fixings, no renovation.
• Duty-paid delivery available across the EU and to the UAE.

Made-to-order booths and bespoke furniture are non-returnable once in production. Stocked items may be returned within 14 days, unused and in original packaging.

Faulty goods are repaired or replaced under warranty. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report transit damage.

Every Quell booth carries a five-year warranty on structure, mechanism and electrical components under normal commercial use. Furniture is warranted for five years on frame and mechanism.

• Covers manufacturing defects and component failure.
• Excludes wear, misuse and unauthorised modification.
• Relocations by Quell teams keep the warranty intact.

We publish, rather than claim, our environmental performance. Every booth is built with recycled carbon plastic and FSC-certified timber, engineered for a low footprint and a long, relocatable life.

• Carbon footprint ≤ 0.071 kg CO₂e per booth.
• Energy consumption ≤ 0.4 MJ per unit.
• Air acidification ≤ 0.0001 kg SO₂e; water eutrophication ≤ 0.00002 PO₄.
• Designed for disassembly — separable, recoverable parts.
