The Fort Dual is a two-seat booth designed to create a pocket of privacy within an open-plan floor. An upholstered partition screen rises well above the seat back and returns down both sides, wrapping the seating into a semi-enclosed alcove while leaving the front open to the room. Slim metal legs lift the whole piece clear of the floor, keeping a heavily screened form from reading as bulky.
That surround is what makes it useful. Sitting above head height, it interrupts sightlines from the wider floor and gives two people a settled place to talk without booking a room — well suited to quick catch-ups, one-to-ones, phone calls and quiet individual work in offices, co-working spaces, reception areas and breakout zones. A choice of upholstery colourways for seat and backrest lets it either recede into a scheme or read as a deliberate marker within it.
